Auditions

Auditions for the 2026 / 2027 season will be held on June 24th & 25th 2026 at The Ridge. Full audition details can be found here.

• Scrap Paper Shakespeare is committed to gender-expansive and color-conscious casting practices and seeks to cast a diverse company of artists. 

• All roles are paid a stipend. Amounts vary based on length and scope of the contract. We are not able to offer union (Equity) contracts at this time.

• Actors must be 18 or older unless otherwise noted.

• Please note that our rehearsal processes are quick, focused and rigorous. We place a high value on textual accuracy and clarity, so strong memorization skills are a must.

• We are typically able to accommodate a limited number of conflicts prior to tech week - however, because we try to schedule with respect for actors’ time, we expect that actors will come to rehearsal focused, prepared, and ready to work.
